Orders for Gabriola Lamb

Our friends at Islandia Farm on Gabriola have lamb available now and also in January.
These grass-fed lambs graze on beautiful pasture land and are raised to the highest standards.
Harvest + cut/wrap/freeze at Gov. certified abattoir.

Price - $14/lb (approx. hanging weight for a whole lamb varies from 30-60lbs each)

An example of a box of whole lamb may contain the following pieces:
2 large shoulder roasts
2 large leg roasts (one bone-in, one bone removed)
2 racks
4 shanks
2 packages of ribs
3-4 packages of loin chops
4-8 lbs of ground (1 lb packages)
Optional: bones and organs if you choose.

A whole lamb comes cut, wrapped and frozen in a box measuring 12" x 10" x 18"
Current sizes are on the small size (32-40lbs) but January harvest will be closer to 50-60lbs
