Spring Boosters – COVID Bivalent Immunization Clinic at Forbes Hall

Island Health will be providing a Spring Booster Clinic on May 11^th at Forbes Hall.

More information regarding registration will be provided as available, currently the clinic is not included on their registration page.  

The clinic that was going to be provided by Pharmasave in Chemainus has been cancelled, and registrations have been cancelled.
