What's new this week?
From local artisans, Tree Island Yogurt co., we are now offering their Plant-based (dairy free) Hemp Yogurt.
From the Thetis Island Farm Co-op test kitchen: (using island grown ingredients)
Muffins - Rhubarb with Cardamom Caramel drizzle and Nootka Rose Sea Salt
Snack/Pantry staple - Sundried cherry tomato tapenade
Dip/Dressing - Jolly Green sauce, made with fresh spring greens. Adds so much nutrition and flavour to any noodle bowl or salad, or use as a zesty dip for crackers, sprouting broccoli or carrot sticks!
(please reserve baking, dips and dressings ahead when possible as it helps us to know how much to make)
