Thetis Island House on Acreage for Rent
Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 7:00AM A 700 s.f. 2-bedroom house on an 8.5 acre land available for long term rent in Thetis Island. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds. There is an extra daybed in the living room. Total maximum sleeps 7 people. The property is set up for homestead: a small forest at the property, some animal pens (chicken, turkey, sheep?). A vegetable field, and green house will be added to the homestead by the end of summer.
The house is fully furnished for vacation as well as long term stay: washer, dryer, stove, over, microwave, fridge, and other cooking appliances, electric water heater, electric heaters, satellite internet, ground well water, firewood, toiletry, bedding, baby stroller. There is also an outdoor kitchen that has a wood-burning stove. All you need to bring is your clothes.
Long term rental preferred. Minimum 1 month rental available from September 1. $2000 per month. Electricity and satellite internet not included in the rent and must be paid directly by the renter. We are willing to reduce rent in exchange for part-time work around the property (farm work and maintenance).
