Pesto - Wild harvested Nettle with pumpkin seed and Asiago cheese (vegan option too)
Muffins - Jollity carrot and pumpkin, sprouted walnut, orange, cinnamon spice
Green Caesar - Try a 'kalette' slaw with this delicious fresh dressing (or dip)
While we will have some of these items available at Saturday market, it's so much better for us when we have pre-orders and know how much to make. PLANT UPDATE- lots of new growth and flowers popping on the perennials, as more come out of the greenhouse each week. We'll still have some nasturtiums, pansies and sweet peas this week and then the basket and pot stuffers arrive.
