Dropping to HIGH for 2 days only (Fri & Sat)
Friday, August 11, 2023 at 7:39AM Due to local conditions, we will drop to HIGH HAZARD for Friday and Saturday only, in advance of the dropping humidity, winds and heat build up forecast for Sunday and beyond. This means that on Friday and Saturday only, High Hazard Activities (Mowing, milling, chainsawing etc.) may take place from morning to 1 pm, and then a fire watch posted for at least two hours. You must have an adequate water supply at site as well as fire suppression tools (shovel, rake) when operating the machinery. Friday to 1 pm and Saturday to 1 pm only during this period. Please be extra vigilant for sparks and smoke.NO solid fuel fires are allowed. (Propane campfire appliances OK)
