Thetis Island Nurse Practitioner Clinic at Forbes Hall

This is a friendly reminder that there is an Island Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) that is allocated part time to Thetis Island for both longitudinal primary care and acute outreach services. You can come and see the NP even if you are attached to a different primary care provider or family doctor!

· The NP comes over to Thetis Island almost every Tuesday to provide primary care services.

· On Thursdays you can make a virtual care appointment or an appointment to see the NP in person in Ladysmith.

· There are often “same day” appointments available on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you phone first thing in the morning.

· You can request to be attached to the NP so that they are your regular primary care provider.

Phones are open 9:00am – 4:30pm Mon – Thurs. The office is closed on Fridays.
