Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 7:57AM Your Fire Department invites you to join in on Community Parade fun on SATURDAY AUGUST 29th, so you have lots of time to plan for your parade entry.
We will be kicking off the parade with our new Engine 1 that should be arriving in June, so we are really excited to show it off to everyone.
As most of you know, this is an extremely informal parade that leaves Mission Road, travels to Pilkey Point Road down the hill, then around Marina Drive and back up the hill and back to Mission Road. Lots of deck chair space on the sides of the road to watch the comings and goings.
Special guest SPARKY the Fire Safety Dog will have treats for the kids.
(If you have a motorized parade entry make sure that it is capable of braking going down the hill and can make it back up the hill safely. Bicycle entries must wear helmets.)
All are welcome to participate! No sign-up needed.
