Winch?

I'm searching for someone with an electric winch on the ceiling of their garage with a remote that I could try for 5 minutes a day for a week to see if it helps me to stretch out my back. I just bought a spinal decompression harness & would like to try it before I buy a winch to attach to my ceiling. I zip-lined in Costa Rica 15 years ago & that was the only relief that my back had given me in 30 years that lasted more than a few days.
