• Paper-thin ribbons of green squash, gently marinated in a bright Meyer lemon and extra virgin olive oil citronette, feta and torn fresh mint.

Main
  Beef Cheek Confit with Ratatouille

• Decadent, melt-in-your-mouth beef cheeks slow-cooked overnight in aromatic fats and fresh herbs. Served over a classic, rich French ratatouille of stewed eggplant, zucchini, vine-ripened tomatoes, and sweet bell peppers, finished with its own glossy reduction.

  Mango Sorbet

• A vibrant mango sorbet offering a silky, sweet, and tropical finish.
