Check Air Quality before Outdoor Activity
Friday, August 7, 2026 at 8:14AM Because of the many wildfires in interior BC and Washington state, our air quality is often poor these days. Smoke is bad for our lungs!
Consider checking the air quality before physical activity, and if the air quality is poor, postpone any activity you can, and/or even wear an N95 mask.
And don't forget to stay hydrated!
