Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:54PM Is there anything that can be done to stop the dumping of excess construction cement by the side of the road? Seems like an 'Un-neighbourly' practice..... Examples include at the parking area by the ferry dock and at the junction of Harbour Road and Foster Point Road.
