Break Ins Noted

Recently, a number of very tidy break-ins have occurred on Thetis Island.

The properties are usually unoccupied, waterfront places.  Generally, there is no or little destruction. Items are removed, but seem to be selected to conceal the theft in the general inventory.

Items lost include alcoholic beverages and household implements. Without a complete familiarity with the contents, the loss is not remarked.

Please be alert!

Monday, June 29, Lot 213, Pilkey Point Road $50.00
Lynn Onley is a locally known painter and the daughter of the late, and much acclaimed, Toni Onley.
Her step by step approach is good for beginners to advanced water colourists.  Bring your own sandwich, chair and a small table.
The workshop will be held at Jean Challenger's place, Lot 213, Pilkey Point Road, a beautiful location by the ocean.
If you need a materials list or more information, please email: Gordon Bertram at gbertram@telus.net
