Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 4:48PM The Thetis Island Community Association Board and fund raising volunteers wish to thank all Thetis Islanders for your continued support in TICA fundraising activities.
A big thank you to all who purchased spring plants and who joined us for lunch on Saturday. A great time was had by all. The event was truly a success. TICA raised $1600.00.
All proceeds from TICA fundraising events go to maintaining and improving Forbes Hall and grounds.
We could not do it without you!
Once again thanks for showing great community spirit.

TIRRA has been working on a mosquito mitigation strategy since the nuisance issue was raised last fall.
For TIRRA to proceed further, we need your approval to develop a Pest Management Plan (PMP) through the Ministry of Environment.
Please click here to read the online reports prior to 30th May as we just won't have time to review during the meeting.
We hope there will be a good turn out, especially of those residents who are deeply affected by the mosquito problems.
NOTE: After a question/answer period, TIRRA Executive will be proposing an option. The motion could be as simple as:
"Moved that TIRRA Executive develop a Pest Management Plan"
