Meat Order Telegraph Harbour Marina

Welcome Back!

The latest meat order is in stock at Telegraph Harbour Marina:

This one contains Fresh smoked farmer sausage, Cooked farmers sausage, Heritage New York strip loins (these look amazing)And mixed 63 acre/grass fed beef cheeks. Great price point on these, and they will be delicious braised or slow cooked.

In addition to this, I've restocked the maple pork sausage, the beef dinner sausage, and the Italian fresh sausage (all frozen)

Also in the freezer, we have more ground venison, ground turkey thigh, and grass-fed ground beef, along with a trial run of 63 acres ground beef

We have some ribeye, grassfed dino ribs, and top sirloin in the fresh fridge from last order - I will freeze this down once it completes wet aging on Monday. In the freezer, we have a number of striploin and ribeye from an earlier price point, which was a little lower. We also have some eye of rounds in the freezer at a good price point if you're looking for a deal!

The Winter Concert - what is it all about?

The winter concert has been a tradition for over 35 years in our community. The main reason for the concert is to get together and celebrate our community, and to brighten up the darker days of winter by sharing our talents. In fact some years it seemed like the concert was a talent show, with acts spanning from ventriloquism, mini orchestra, belly dancing, humorous skits, a dress- up version of the twelve days of Christmas, singing groups, magic acts, musical interludes on the piano, guitar, harp, flute, ukulele, fiddle and more, original poetry, shadow puppetry, and even a performance of "When I was a Lad" from HMS Pinafore by Gilbert and Sullivan! The school students participate with singing, and small and large plays. There is also a sing-along part for the audience. At the end of the one-hour long concert there are refreshments and a time to mingle.

Why not share your favourite poem? Play a song or two? We are still looking for some more acts.

Please get in touch with me so I can plan the program, or if you have any questions.

Thank you!

Canning Jar and Lids and I'm 5' Short

Hi, Neighbours

I've come up 5' short on my central vac pipe installation. Does anyone have any extra of the white pipe for a central vac system.

Also looking for wide mouth canning jars and rings, jars would be great as well but that might be asking a bit much. Happy to pay.

Elite and Athenia and Sparkles, because they both help with everything :)

Thank You

A very big Thank You to the Thetis Island first responders who came to my aid last week. Their skill and speed were much appreciated. Turns out that a day of no food, no water and strenuous activity followed by jolting your blood sugar through the roof can cause some interesting events to occur.

Thanks to all for your help!
