Pub and Store Holiday Hours

The Thetis Island Pub is closed today (Dec 24) & tomorrow (Dec 25).
It will be open as usual on Dec 26.

The Store will only be closed on Dec 25. It will remain open on Dec 24 and Dec 26 from 10am-6pm as usual.

Islands Trust Holiday Closure

As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you that Islands Trust will be closed from Wednesday, December 25, 2024, through Wednesday, January 1, 2025.We will reopen and resume regular operations on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

In the event of an emergency during the closure, please contact our emergency line at 250-405-5169.

Knitting & Craft Bee

There will be no Knitting the next 2 Fridays. We will resume on Friday the 10th of January, the usual time (2pm through 4pm).

Post Office Hours & Reappearance of the Drop Box

We will be open Dec 23 and 24. Closed Dec 25 and 26.
Closed January 1. Regular hours otherwise.

If you choose to put your on-island letters in the drop box, please advise the people you are leaving them for that the letters are there.

If you want the post office to distribute your on-island letters, put them in the red mailbox. The Post office will NOT be checking the drop box. We take no responsibility for the use of the drop box.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I will be around on Sunday afternoon if anyone would like steak or other meat cut to order.

After Sunday night we will not be open except on call (but we're totally happy to come in if you need something).

I have cut some single rib prime ribs. They are in the cheese fridge for those of you looking for something special on Christmas, but not massive quantities of it.

There are a few ribeye left, along with a couple of strip loins. One top sirloin (those went fast!) along with duck, and the usual ground beef, turkey and venison.

Garbage Yard (Closed Days)

The TIRRA garbage yard on Thetis will be closed on Christmas Day (Wed, Dec 25) and New Year's Day (Wed, Jan 1).

Meat Order has Arrived at Telegraph Harbour Marina

Good morning, guys!

We received our Christmas meat order last night, new ribeyes, strip loin, tops sirloin... A full restock on the farmer sausage, double the last order because it went so fast -- and we also doubled up on the beef cheeks by popular demand

As well as breakfast sausage in larger volume by special request. In the freezer we have a new set of ducks if you would like that for Christmas dinner.

The only important note is fresh turkeys, our supplier was not able to meet demand this year.

HOURS: We will remain open until Sunday night, closed Monday through Jan 1, however, I am usually available by text or phone if you need something short notice, and we're closed through the holidays.

Once again, our generous community has stepped up to the challenge and donated over 500 lbs of various food products as well as over $3000 in cash donations to Harvest House.
