Strength and Mobility Exercise Class

Strength and Mobility exercise class is back on Friday June 30th at Forbes Hall 9 am.

No running no jumping. Its exercise that suits you and your body.

Thetis Island Merchandise for Sale Saturday, July 1st at Forbes Hall Community Centre

Thetis Island Merchandise will be for sale Saturday from 9 – 11 at the Pancake Breakfast.

This is a good opportunity to freshen up your t-shirt collection as there is a color and design to suit everyone.

There will be t-shirts, hats and blankets, with the Thetis island logo designed by Bill Dickie

As well, there are the long sleeve black t-shirts complete with Maynard Johnny’s artwork.

The long sleeve shirts are particularly useful this year for keeping those pesky mosquitoes off your arms.

Proceeds benefit TICA’s Back to the Black Debt Reduction Program.

The PO will be open Saturday as usual but closed Monday for the July 1 holiday.

Hours of operation are: 10 to 1700. Closed between 12 and 1230

Looking to Hitch a Ride

Athenia and I are interested in joining the sail past around Thetis on Saturday. Does anyone have a bit of extra room for two friendly companions... We have done a fair amount of boating and are very comfortable on the water. Sparkles will be staying home...

Free Queen-Sized Bed Frame

Free queen size EQ3 bed frame. 10 years old in used-good condition, sturdy and well built. We don’t have a picture of it assembled (they no longer make this model) but if you google “EQ3 Boom bed” it’s similar to that with solid front and back.

Colour is dark brown/black, material is wood laminate. There is no headboard or under storage on our model.

Currently disassembled with all the necessary parts ready to put back together. Can deliver on Thetis.
