2) That it be recommended to the Board to exclude Transit Services, the Vancouver Island Regional Library Service and the new Regional Recreation Service from the budget mandate.”
I guess Transit, Library, and Recreation are all add-ons to this tax increase?

Work includes forest clean-up, chipping and spreading chips, window cleaning, installing window screens and some gardening. A delicious lunch will be served to all the volunteers once the work is done.
