Notes from Dawn:

I am going to open the hall and run two different Juliann Michael DVD’s from 6:30-7:30 am Mon/Wed/Fri.  These are very basic beginner DVD’s with good instruction on form. 

One is for the front body and the other for the rear body.  We will simply alternate these two tapes until the September long weekend and then we can re-evaluate.

Anyone is welcome and it is free!

Yoga is now on just Wednesday’s at the hall 9:45 - 11:00 am - gentle yoga to heal tight and sore bodies. By donation.

And new is yoga at Telegraph Harbour Marina, on the front lawn, 9-10 am on most Saturday mornings depending on weather and “tented” events. Also by donation, good for all levels and ages!!

Pluck up Your Courage and String Along…

The Ukulele Group is starting up again after almost three years of dormancy, so dust off the uke, check your strings, and be prepared for lots of laughter.  All ukuladies and ukulads welcome.  

Beginners are encouraged.  

We also had a wonderful donation of two ukes to the group so don’t be discouraged if you haven’t got an instrument yet.  Email Nan to borrow one.

We are going to meet at Nan Beal’s place on the second and fourth Tuesday nights in July at 7 pm to start off.  That’s July 12th and 26th.

Lost a Cat?

Has anyone lost a cat near to the marina on Harbour Rd? 

We've had a cat screaming from dawn this morning. If no one claims it, I will try to catch it & take it to the SPCA.  

We have a new 9-week-old puppy here with only her first shots & am a bit concerned if it is a stray.
