I'm working to finish up collecting everyone's information for the next edition of the Thetis Island Phone Book. If you are new to the island or have been here awhile but are not in the book and would like to be, please let me know a.s.a.p. at veronicashelford@gmail.com. Please note that this is not merely a social convenience. It's also a needed resource for the Fire Department, so they know who is where in the event of an emergency call-out, or who to contact if there is damage to property owned by people who aren't here full-time. If you, for any reason, don't want to be in the book, please consider at least having some contact information in the database that the fire department can access if needed. Nothing is ever published without your consent, and it is not available digitally or online. It is simply a local publication, sold on the island only.
While we're on the subject of who and where you are...

Numbers are to be a minimum of 6 inches (150 mm) in height, and clearly visible from the public road from either direction of approach, day or night."
