Yoga With Karen - New Time - 9am - 10am, Tuesday, 24th August @ Forbes Hall

Hello everyone,

Yoga this Tuesday, 24th will be from 9AM - 10AM, a light snack before is fine and drink lots of water after.

All are welcome, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi classes are designed to suit all levels.

Really want to encourage more men to come, especially if you’re into cycling, running, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, etc, the yoga will help you loosen tight hamstrings, hip flexors, open up your strong shoulders and create more flexibility and range of movement in your bodies, as well as calming your mind.

A great way to start your day!

Hope to see you there, any questions please email me,

Love
