German Shepherd Dog Loose at Telegraph Harbour Marina

Hi there,

There is a large German Shepherd dog loose on the grounds of Telegraph Harbour Marina.

If the owner could kindly come and take it home that would be wonderful.

Kind regards,
Heather

Looking for Strip of Metal

Wondering if anyone might have a metal strip about 12 to 15 ft. long that's no longer needed. It is to line the back of the planter beside the stairs at Thetis Island Marina. If so, please text Grace at 604-795-1118.

Thanks so much,
Grace

Lost Dog Found

We found the owner of the missing dog, and she will be reunited with her forever home soon.

Until that happens, I am thoroughly enjoying her company.

Thank you, from Friends of Furries

Friends of Furries

I am new-ish to the island, but since arriving in September have taken on the Friends of Furries rescue to let the wonderful people who ran it for years, get a well-earned break. I have a long history working with rescues in Victoria and want to do what I can here to assist families and their pets.

FOF Rescue aims primarily to help with low income spay/neuter, provide food donations and support people who need to surrender or rehome their pets. We also have been donating food and pet supplies to Chemainus Harvest House, thanks to Rodney who drops it off every couple of weeks.

Please email friendsoffurries@gmail.com if you would like to get involved, assist with donations or are seeking help for an animal in need.
