This laser 1 sailboat comes with brand new sail. All lines recently replaced with racing spec rope. The center board rudder, tiller and tiller extension newly refinished. Hull is original and has a few patches. This boat is great for beginners but is still very fast even in medium to light winds. Can fit up to two people.

Monday, July 22, 2019 at 10:22AM Looking for someone who would like a few hours work on the following tasks:
Cleanup/moving and piling up of dead branches and other material in yard around cabin to reduce fire risk. Job would be suitable for a student labourer. Probably 8-10 hours work.
Ladder/roof cleanup work. Removal of moss and cleanup of material on gutter screens afterwards. Safety-minded and experience required. Usually takes me a total of 4-6 hours.
I will be available to view/discuss either/both projects Tuesday afternoon July 23rd at ~2pm.
