During the month of June, canadahelps.org is encouraging people to support their favourite charity . They will match donations for a charity chosen. Please consider supporting our on-going work in rural Africa where we are teaching permaculture and sustainability to thousands of people with a donation by June 30... the effectiveness of your donation will be doubled if you donate through canadahelps.org

Just a reminder that yoga is on for the summer. Class will run from 9:30 to 10:45 as per the schedule. Please feel free to come and explore. You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, yoga helps you begin to restore some of what you don't have. Yoga helps your balance, falls as we age can be devastating. Yoga teaches you how to connect your breath to your body and this in turn gives you strength and control to help weather tough emotional and intellectual challenges.
Yoga is fun, just remember not to eat a heavy breakfast before coming. Something light when you arise and then bring a yoga mat, wear some comfortable clothes that you can stretch freely in and an willing spirit to explore your inner landscape.

Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 10:04AM Free 23.5’ Fibreform Boat
We are moving and have 6 boats that we have to deal with. That is why this one is free.
It is a project, but it's a good project!
It is a 23.5 foot fibreform boat with an amazing solid hull. Used to have an inboard/outboard on it and could still be if you wanted that. The back is plugged and ready for your pod. Inside needs work, but very easy to work on. Lots of room. You can finish it anyway you want. It does not come with a motor or a trailer.
We will deliver on Thetis Island and can put it onto your trailer or lend you boat stands for you to put safely on blocks.
