Tide Table Charts Needed

I have been downloading and transcribing the tide tables featured on the back cover of the Quarterly for many years now, but the information is getting harder and harder to find in an easily accessible form.  If anyone out there can point me to a digital version of the tide tables for something other than a week at a time, preferably in an easily downloadable form, I would be very grateful!  I'd be even more abjectly grateful if that someone would take on the project of providing the Quarterly with the information :-)

TIRRA Bylaw Changes

As presented at the TIRRA October General Meeting, TIRRA is revising the Bylaws to meet new government requirements.

The New Societies Act & Transition

The Societies Act came into effect November 28, 2016 and governs how societies (not-for-profit corporations) are created and run in B.C. The Act includes significant updates to allow for more flexibility in how societies operate, while still protecting the public interest.

At the meeting, Bylaws Chair, Ernie Hunter introduced the document:

Final draft of the proposed changes to the T.I.R.R.A. Bylaws, dated October 26, 2017

Remembrance Day

An observance of Remembrance Day, November 11th, Saturday, will be held at Forbes Hall at 10:45 am.  A short introductory video (A Pittance of Time) will be shown and then the 2 minutes of silent remembrance in front of the flag staff as the Canadian flag is lowered to half mast, followed by a gathering in the main hall facilitated by Graeme Shelford.  There will be coffee and tea, and please bring baking to share if you can.  There will be a table set up for mementos and photographs of relatives and friends who served their country during conflicts or peace-keeping duties that you may wish to share on this important date.

Lest we forget.
