Reminder: Chemainus Short Term Parking Lot: Paving and Line Painting

8 pm Sunday, May 13 to May 17, 2018

Please be advised that the short term parking lot at Chemainus terminal will be unavailable to customers May 14 to 17, 2018. BC Ferries will have a contractor onsite to pave the gravel lot and perform line painting. This work is not expected to affect sailing operations.

The parking lot will close at 8 pm Sunday, May 13. Due to the limited time to complete the necessary work, vehicles remaining in the parking lot after 8 pm will be towed. BC Ferries appreciates the patience and understanding of our customers and neighbours as we perform this required work to upgrade and maintain parking at Chemainus Terminal.

For traffic updates or more information please call us toll free at 1-888-BCFERRY (223-3779) or check our website at www.bcferries.com

Please Respect Lawrence Valley Trail / Loop Opening Times

Wednesday night a very happy, loud group walked the trail after 8PM, which resulted in our dogs thinking and letting us know that something was amiss, the whole time the trail was being walked.

Please remember that the Trail is open from 8AM until closure at 8PM or Dusk, whichever’s earlier.

We love that people are enjoying the access to this part of Thetis, but need the planned quiet times for the property owners & neighbours respected.

Thanks
