Hallowe'en Message from TIPA

Unfortunately TIPA is unable to host a costume parade at Forbes Hall for the community this Halloween. Anyone wishing to welcome trick-or-treaters to their door should put a lit jack-o-lantern at the bottom of their driveway or at a location visible from the road.
