Thetis Island Volunteer Firefighters Society (TIVFS)

The TIVFS was incorporated on February 28, 2018.  This Society is made up of firefighters and lifetime department members whose purpose is to help fund paramedic and firefighting supplies and equipment.

Earlier this month our application for charitable status was granted by the Canada Revenue Agency. This means the TIVFS can now issue tax receipts for donations and grants received.  Our goal is to reduce the tax burden required to fund the operation of the Thetis Island Volunteer Fire Department. 

The TIVFS is governed by a board comprising of President Alex Rozewicz , Vice President Tom Milliken and Secretary Treasurer Graeme Shelford.  More information about making donations will be available soon.  Please contact one of the board members if you have any questions about the Society.
