Wild Fire Organic Bread from Jollity Farm

Wild Fire handcrafts their organic naturally leavened breads using the finest ingredients. Their ingredients are almost exclusively certified organic or sustainably locally produced. All wholegrain and sifted flour is certified organic, BC grown and freshly stone ground at Nootka Rose Flour Mill in Victoria.
Bread will be ordered every Wednesday, collected on Friday afternoon and available for pick-up at Jollity Farm each Saturday. Bread is available sliced, upon request. Bread can be frozen and available for pick up on Wednesdays, if Saturdays aren't convenient.

Rustic White $6.75
Black Olive $7
Garlic Cheddar $6.5
Three Seed $7
Sprouted Wheat $6 (our favourite!)
Whole Spelt $7
Sifted Spelt $7.5
Seeded Rye $6.75
