A reminder that the new session of Tai Chi begins on Monday October 2nd. 

Four months of classes cost $115 + a one-time $10 registration fee to the Canadian Tai Chi Academy if you are a new beginner.

Beginners class starts at 9.30am - 11am

Foundations class starts at 11:15 – 12:45
