Telegraph Harbour Marina Friday October 3rd at 6pm - Nepali Culture and Cuisine

Join us at Telegraph Harbour Marina on Friday, October 3rd at 6 PM for a special evening celebrating Nepali culture and cuisine with a full, multi-course dinner prepared by Rami, Thetis Island’s newest community member. Rami recently moved here from Nepal and is excited to begin working in the Thetis Island community with her new open work permit. Through this dinner, she invites us to experience the warmth, spices, and rich traditions of Nepali cooking - from vibrant curries to comforting breads and sweets.

On the Menu:

·      Nepali Potato Salad – bright, spiced potatoes tossed with fresh herbs

·      Curried Mushrooms – earthy mushrooms simmered in fragrant Nepali spices

·      Curried Chickpeas – hearty, protein-rich, and deeply flavorful

·      Naan Bread – soft, warm, and perfect for soaking up every last bite

·      Paneer Curry – perfectly fried cubes of paneer in rich, savory spices

·      Nepali Rice Pudding - deliciously sweet and delicately spiced, topped with nuts

Optional cider & wine will be available for purchase.

Details: Multi-course Nepali dinner - $27.95 per person
