ThINC presents Ocean LearnFest 2016

This year, as an expansion of our summer eco-day camp, ThINC is offering Ocean LearnFest from July 4-8, a fun filled week of activities for the whole community.

The festival is designed to expand our knowledge and enhance our connection to Thetis Island with a focus on local marine ecosystems. Learn how to canoe, find out about eelgrass and rockfish conservation, do some virtual diving with Andy Lamb, greet the morning with the dawn bird chorus, paddle with a naturalist.

Something for everyone. Art, science, film.  Special guest biologists. Evening presentations. Watch here, and the ThINC website www.thetisislandnatureconservancy.org for detailed information coming soon.

Hope to see you there!
