The Saturday Market and Saturday Fair are at two locations this year.

The Market will be at Thetis Island Marina, in the pavilion, behind the pub.

The Fair will be held at Marylyn's Kusina, on Pilkey Point road.

SO TAKE THE LOOP, check out both locations and come see what's being offered.

Henny Sends Thanks ~

Happily, Henny is thriving on the supervised healthcare she has been receiving. And tremendously grateful to all of you who have sent cards and gone out of your way to visit her.

She is leaving Cairnsmore this coming Thursday to live with her daughter Karen in Vancouver until they find a reasonable care home for her close by. I'll keep you posted with Henny's new phone number and address, coming soon to you via e-spokes.

Fire Extinguisher Clinic ~ June 26th

This Sunday, 2 p.m., at the Fire Hall...the Extinguisher Clinic is back!

Bring your home extinguishers for a free inspection. Practice your extinguisher skill on a real fire. Purchase an extinguisher for your home, workshop, boat or vehicle.

You will also be able to order a reflective Lot Number sign for your driveway that meets the Improvement District regulations.

There will be a draw for a door prize. This Sunday only, at 2 pm.
