Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 12:00PM Many thank yous to all the people who made up my wonderful kitchen team on Sunday afternoon and to the always generous community who provided us with a mountain of goodies to consume. Also thanks to those who helped with the set up and take down of the tables and chairs, the mopping up and the drying up. So many hands made it light work, a pleasure to do and you are all very much appreciated.

Come and join me and learn a traditional Russian Gypsy Folk Dance. This lively dance is performed to a traditional Russian Gypsy song “Shatritsa”. It tells the story of a young girl living in a tent. As in most Russian dances, the dance starts slowly but increases in speed and intensity near the end of the song.
Wear a long, full, skirt and a comfortable top and be ready to move!
