Now and then we have a really warm day. Perhaps this is why there are three jackets left in Forbes Hall's foyer. They have been hanging there for a few months....one is a Dakota Black & Tan, another a man's reversible Black/Plaid and lastly, a woman's Misty Mountain Turquoise small size one.

If any of these are yours, please drop by the Hall for retrieval.

Summer Soirée & Art Auction ~ Request for Art

Please consider contributing artwork for the annual Summer Soiree and Art Auction.  We accept paintings, sketches, sculptures, glasswork, fibre, woodwork, and other fine art.

If you are an artist, perhaps you would contribute a piece of original work.

The date for this year’s Summer Soiree, Art Auction, Dinner and Dance is Saturday, August 10th.

Moss Removal Help Needed

Needed strong men to help little old me to take the moss off of the Community Hall roof. The more men that volunteer the sooner they will let me off the roof. All you have to do is come to our Community Clean-up on June 8th and mention you want to be "up on the roof" with Gloria.

I have had an e-mail that challenges all other groups that use the hall to show up to the "clean-up" and see who gets the job done faster! Hmm those are fighting words! So if you are up to a challenge bring along your group and we will see who wins this race!
