It's that time of year again...

We are now in the driest part of the fire season and the danger of sparks from chimneys igniting the nearby bush is at its highest.  Please be very careful with your wood stove fires... don't burn huge stacks of papers that spew sparks out the chimney.

Looking for Accommodation

Hi, my name is Ashley Heaslip and I am hoping to find a place on Thetis that might help me find a bit of rejuvenation and time for thought. I am from Vancouver and am currently completing my training in family medicine. House-sitting (including pet sitting!) would be wonderful, but if you also have an inexpensive rental, that would be wonderful too. Anytime between September 13 and 25 works for me.

Upper Body Workout Update...

Upper Body Work-Out has good news! Tami August has agreed to join us every Monday from 10:00AM ~ 11:00AM to lead us in our workout at Forbes Hall.
