We will be working on the spring issue of the Quarterly in February. We would appreciate any stories, articles, notices, reports or ads to either be in our hands by February 8th, or if you can't make that deadline, you will let us know what to expect, the length, and when to expect it. We can discuss what will be possible for this issue. Many thanks to all for your wonderful contributions!

LPN Burnet (Burnie) Nicholson will be taking clients for a two-day clinic on February 9th & 10th at Forbes Hall.

Basic Foot Care includes:
Lower Legs and feet nursing assessment
Toenail cutting and reduction.
Callous/Corn reduction and education/interventions to decrease or eliminate recurrence within LPN scope of practice.
Hang nail /ingrown nail mitigation.
Foot massage and moisturizing of skin
Diabetic foot assessment and basic care
Basic wound care/dressing changes/pressure point mitigation
Referrals to complex foot care health professionals

Fee per client: $75 with appointments taking 1 hour generally.
Minimum clients to proceed: 6 per day
Maximum clients for the 2-day clinic: 12
