Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 8:34AM We are giving thanks for an abundant harvest and deep appreciation to all you wonderful people who visit our farm (and shop!)
See you at the farm today from 10am to 2pm.
Lots of freshly picked veggies to add to your holiday meals, plus a few select fall blooming perennials, and the usual suspects (sausages, baking, kombucha and more!).
With thanks,
Jollity Farmers

Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 8:33AM The Goosey Gander Shop will be open longer hours on Saturday from 9am to 5pm then closed on Sunday for Thanksgiving. The Shop will be open again on Monday from 10am to 4pm.
Many craft items are now on the yellow tag half price including the Big Shot machine. Some new items that came in this week are a lovely new batch of attractive jewelry including a Princess Diana ring, a Galileo thermometer, a mirror shaped like a star, a weighted therapy blanket, a gold panning kit, a Cuisinart griddler, and some very nice quality wooden toddler puzzles.
I am so grateful and thankful for all the vendors and buyers and visitors who have come by and wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Friday, October 6, 2023 at 10:14AM Dear fellow Thetis Islanders,
A reminder that ThINC's Annual General Meeting is this Saturday.
Join us to hear about our activities over the year and what we have planned for the coming months, share some scrumptious snacks, and vote (or join!) our Board of Directors.
We're grateful for your past and ongoing support for nature and conservation on Thetis Island. We look forward to seeing you this Saturday!

Friday, October 6, 2023 at 10:11AM JOIN US on Saturday October 7th, at the east end of Marina Drive and Pilkey Point from 10AM to 12PM, (or any portion thereof) to raise awareness about safely sharing our roads. Bring your children and their bikes. Walk or ride in the area. Bring your signs and your show of support.
Signs should focus on "SLOW DOWN" and "SHARE THE ROAD" messaging: have kids help create signs!!
Don't be afraid to wear costumes (practice your Hallowe'en costume)...it is all about the fun and creating awareness around road safety together.
Come share your thoughts and ideas: stopping by even for a moment, will encourage and energize participants!
NOTE: We have ICBC safety reflectors to attach to coats and backpacks (free as long as quantities last). We will also be raffling some cool safety clips with flashing lights.
