New Beginnings for 2024

Greetings,

It has been a positive experience for me and a privilege to interact with all of you when you come to the Post Office to collect parcels and use our services.
Thank you for the gifts and Holiday Greetings.
It is a pleasure to serve my community.

I appreciate your patience and understanding while I was learning all that I needed to know to give my best service to the community.

It has been fun and rewarding to get to know you and serve you as best I can.

Wishing you a year of New Beginnings.

Liesbeth

Happy New Year Everyone!

We will be offering dog and cat grooming services on evenings and weekends here on the island - our house or yours - for prices a bit cheaper than the big island.

I can do most types of clips but do not do teeth cleaning, anal gland expression or ear plucking.

I can do:

- nail trims $10
- sanitary trim $10
- ear cleaning $10
- 3Fs (feet, face, fanny) $20-$30
- full services including bath, brush & blow dry, ear cleaning, nail trim, basic clip or breed-specific clip: prices will vary depending on size, difficulty and complexity
- I can also do one-offs like administering dewormer you’ve obtained, nail grinding with a Dremel, applying nail caps to destructive indoor kitties, and brushing/dematting.

Please get hold of us by email at hollyberryhollow@gmail.com if interested

Bogart says Thank you

Thank you to all the caring folk on Thetis Island who responded to the call for bandage change aide on Bogart the cat. Thanks to S&J we received expert assistance and are very grateful to not have had to take him off island.

I am always humbled by the kindnesses shown by so many of our Thetis Island neighbours.

Best neighbourhood ever!

Glenda Petersen
