Vitals Monitoring Clinic: Today - Wednesday, March 8th

Every second Wednesday, a Vitals Monitoring Clinic is held at Forbes Hall in the Care Station, coinciding with Soup’s On. 

Stop by the Care Station this Wednesday between 11 am and 1 pm to have your vital signs checked or to speak with community paramedic, Vinh Pham.

Wednesday: Home Blood Pressure Cuff Calibration @ Forbes Hall

Our Community Paramedic, Vinh Pham, will be available during Soup’s On for his regular BP Clinic / Vitals Monitoring but he also encourages you to bring in your home blood pressure cuff and he will make sure it’s calibrated correctly and can give you tips on taking your BP at home.

An Errand for the Q in Duncan

Is anyone going into Duncan today or tomorrow, who could drop off a package at Apple Press in Duncan? 

That's 430 Trans Canada Hwy, Duncan, BC V9L 3R6, if you need to enter it into your GPS or Google Maps. It's in the mall just north of Coronation Avenue.  

TICA would like to start using them for printing the Quarterly, and they need to see some earlier issues to get the weight right.  I'll bet you didn't know a gram or two extra adds a dollar apiece to the postage!
