Forbes Hall: Mobile Hearing Clinic – Monday, March 20th
Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 8:06AM A mobile hearing clinic will be held on Monday, March 20th at Forbes Hall. This is a complimentary service by www.earstoyou.ca where a complete test will be done, taking about 45 minutes by a Registered Audiologist.
To register, please complete the registration form, with all required information. Your information will only be seen by Forbes Hall Health Services (registration capacity only) and by Ears to You Mobile Hearing Clinic.

If there are more clients than available spaces for the March 20th date, we will keep a waitlist to hold a following clinic. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
You will be contacted prior to March 20th with your appointment time, or to inform that you are on the waitlist.
