TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS arrive at 9 AM . Class will start shortly after and last about one hour
No running no jumping warm up.
We use weights and/or bands, floor mats or chairs. All at your own discretion.
Stretches to finish up.
All abilities welcome.

Forbes Hall Spring Work Party - this Saturday

Safe Ladders, there are a couple on-site, but a couple more would be helpful to speed things up.
A few extra buckets

Pickup in Langley

Hello Thetis Islanders,

Your Structure Protection Unit (auxiliary of the TIVFD) has purchased some sprinklers to add to our five sprinkler kits in the SPU ute. (Australian slang for utility truck).

I'm wondering if anyone is passing by Langley in the next week or so and able to pick them up? It's very easy to access off the #1 HWY and their hours are 8:00 - 4:30 M-F and 8:00 - 12:00 Sat
