If you have kid(s) at home and are looking for some group playtime, come by the hall today at 11am. We’ll have some toys to share but feel free to bring a toy or 2.
Yoga will be finishing up right before us so let's wait outside until they start exiting to be mindful of noise.
Adults are required to wear masks.
See you there!

Text Scam Not Affiliated with Costco
There is currently a text scam circulating that asks members to click on a link to claim their Capital One Costco Mastercard Cash Back reward. The text is a SCAM. The Capital One Costco Mastercard Cash Back reward will be mailed by Capital One to eligible cardholders mid-January 2022. No digital coupon will be distributed. Do not answer the text or click on the link as it is not from Costco or Capital One.
There is also a text scam circulating that asks members to click on a link to claim their 2% Executive Member reward. The text is a SCAM. Costco does not send text messages with respect to the 2% Executive Reward. The 2% Executive Reward is mailed to our members. Do not answer the text or click on the link as it is not from Costco.

If you have a kid at home and are looking for some group playtime (and a cup of coffee with other parents!), come by the hall this Tuesday. We’ll have some toys to share but feel free to bring a toy or 2 to add to the bin.
Adults are required to wear masks.

Morning all, just a reminder the Knitting Bee will resume This Friday the 11th February
2pm thru 4pm in Community Centre, all welcome. If you are new to our group proof of vaccination is required. Looking forward to seeing you all then.
Cheers
Helen
Just a reminder that the Tour is planned for Saturday, February 12, 9.30 a.m. starting from the community hall.
The full route includes, in order, visits to the ends of North Cove, Forbes, Bella Vista (via Foster Point), Sunrise Point, Pilkey Point roads, and a return to the community hall.
Because this is decidedly not a race or subject to any regulations or expectations, please feel free to deviate for any reason. For example, Sunrise Point Road is particularly steep, so you might want to give it a pass.
It's most unlikely all riders will finish the course at the same time and early finishers (the e-bikers!) may not want to wait around for the rest of us, so the best chance for socializing is before we start. If you want, please bring your own nourishment.
You might want to check out the Go By Bike website. It's Winter Go By Bike Week next week. We are registered as Team Thetis and will send along our total 'mileage'. The course is approximately 30 km; we will try for a precise measure on the day.
Questions or comments? Contact me or Fred Clark.
Thanks
Dave
