Harvest House Food Bank

The Harvest House Food Bank sends thank you’s and their appreciation for the many boxes of groceries, gifts, and over $850 in cash and cheques collected through the TIVFD food drive.  Your donations have made a difference for many in need this Christmas.  Thanks also to Jonathan & Virginia for organizing the cheques and cash collection.  A pickup truck was loaded Wednesday night at the firehall and the boxes and bags along with the envelope of funds was delivered Thursday morning in time to be sorted into the Christmas hampers given out on Friday.

It is wonderful to live in such a caring community.

Yoga with Karen Postponed

So sorry everyone, no yoga today, Saturday 18th December

Following Friday’s Provincial Health update, I feel it prudent to postpone all in-person yoga classes at the Hall until we have all received our booster shots.
Meanwhile to help us all stay connected, I will be teaching a zoom Yoga class at least once a week from my home, those of you wishing to attend these classes please email me for the private link.

Thank you all so much for attending Yoga with me these past few months, it has been a real pleasure teaching you and getting to know you all, and I am looking forward to continuing to teach in-person at the Hall in the New Year.

Take good care, and have a lovely Christmas,

love
