ACT Question

Our MP Alistair MacGregor in Question Period yesterday, Thursday, September 20, asked the Transportation Minister about the Penelakut position on the ocean-going vessel anchorages. The Minister said the issue is the subject of a 1-year Federal Government study that will have consequences for First Nations and other coastal communities. Thetis is one. Meals out at Capernwray Harbour

You are invited join us at the Capernwray Harbour Dining Room for meals starting on September 24th onwards.  The Staff & Students of Capernwray Harbour would love to host you.  Our kitchen offers a wonderful menu of home cooked meals three times a day - Breakfast, Lunch and Supper.  We also serve a mid-morning Brunch meal on Saturdays and a Formal Supper on Sunday Evenings.  We’d also welcome you to stay for our Sunday Evening Service as well if this would be of interest to you.  

Please phone the Main Office at 250-246-9440 or email chbc@capernwray.ca to book in for a meal as often as you would like.  Please let us know at least a day in advance if you would like to join us for a meal. Meal costs are $10 for breakfast or lunch per person and $15 for brunch or supper per person.  Thank-you and we look forward to hosting you!

Yoga ~ Monday Evenings

Monday evening yoga with Tatiana commences Monday, September 24.

Class runs 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm for September and October.

Ground and rejuvenate as we transition from summer to fall.

Classes are suitable for all levels and all are welcome.

New to yoga? No need to be nervous - I love teaching beginners and classes are suitable for all levels – please join us! On a budget? Pay what you can.

No fancy clothing required - dress comfortably in clothes you can move in.

Yoga mats and props (equipment) available.
