Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 9:57AM After investigation it was decided that the bridge has been destroyed beyond repair The damaged portions have been removed. The creek is passable, but difficult and it may be some time before a replacement can be effected.

Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 9:51AM I have trimmed my eucalyptus. The branches are at the lookout bench and la petite bibliotheque at 130 Pilkey Point. If the branches are gone let me know and I can cut some more. I think a creative person could make a nice eucalyptus wreath or?

Friday, December 18, 2020 at 6:30PM I will be away on Monday December 21st because of an appointment. The final Monday before Christmas will be extremely busy for my new Trainee Debra.
I would like to ask the residents of Thetis Island if they have any mail going out, to please do it Friday or Tuesday, as the training for Debra is nowhere complete. Happy holidays to all and please stay safe.

Friday, December 18, 2020 at 6:29PM A tree has fallen on the boardwalk bridge over the stream making it difficult to pass, as well as to repair at this time. Please proceed with caution.
We will need cedar planks to make the repair and if anyone has 2x6 planks, minimum 4’ long that they can donate, it would be very much appreciated.
