TIRRA Announcement

Thank you to Lisa Vernon, for stepping forward to serve as the TIRRA Secretary.

Lisa and her husband Dave are new members of the community, and we welcome them, and their interest in community involvement.

Lisa is replacing Claire Hess, as Claire is retiring. Thank you for your service, Claire.

TIRRA is still looking for an individual to take on the Welcome Committee Chairperson role. Should you have any interest in this opportunity, or know of someone who would value this role on the TIRRA executive, please submit your name/their name, to tirra@thetisisland.net.

Thank you all,

Thetis-grown Broiler chickens

Now taking orders for the last batch of broilers for the year. Our birds are plump, juicy and delicious. They are raised naturally on pasture and are moved onto new grass every day.

They finish at 4-7 lbs each and cost is $6/ lb or $13.20/ kg. Birds are sold fresh so you can cut them into pieces and freeze them or roast them whole.

Please reserve now for the October 17th batch.
