We had it in our walk in closet and apparently we can't get our final inspection with it as a bedroom.

Your involvement in these two important Associations on Thetis Island is welcomed and much needed:
TICA
Thetis Island Community Association is responsible for our busy Community Hall and the grounds, including the tennis courts and playground equipment. The Hall is busy year round with a great variety of activities and also provides WiFi access for anyone; even when the doors aren't open, people park outside! TICA Membership includes receiving the Quarterly Magazine.
TIRRA
Thetis Island Residents and Ratepayers Association is responsible for the Solid Waste and Recycling, Trails, Transportation, St. Margaret's Cemetery and is an advocate for the Community to a wide range of government agencies.
