A&S Microgreens are grown with Non-GMO organic seeds using organic medium and methods. Microgreens come in Eco-Clamshells (food-grade, compostable and bio-degradable). 26 Weeks to Emergency Preparedness

The " 26 Weeks " segment is a mere two pages of the workbook that is full of valuable information and worth reading all the way through. Copies are also available from your LERN captain. 

Week 4 Task: Stock your home with at least a seven-day supply of potable (drinking) water for each family member including pets. That's approx. 1 gallon per person per day. Some Thetis Islanders have secure storage in the form of tanks or cisterns. Wells may be affected by earthquake so may not be counted on as storage. See page 6 and 7 of the workbook.
