I am looking to rent "pool time" for 1 hour, one to three times a week for my personal aqua-fit rehab. If you have a pool and would be willing to allow me to use it please contact me to discuss further.

Just a reminder that yoga is on for the summer. Class will run from 9:30 to 10:45 as per the schedule. Please feel free to come and explore. You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, yoga helps you begin to restore some of what you don't have. Yoga helps your balance, falls as we age can be devastating. Yoga teaches you how to connect your breath to your body and this in turn gives you strength and control to help weather tough emotional and intellectual challenges.
Yoga is fun, just remember not to eat a heavy breakfast before coming. Something light when you arise and then bring a yoga mat, wear some comfortable clothes that you can stretch freely in and an willing spirit to explore your inner landscape.
